Description

When the user sends availability information, Pizzja should provide the foreign account's roster.

As noted in section 6 of XEP-0100 (Gateway Interaction), this should be done using XEP 0144 (Roster Item Exchange).

The clients don't have to integrate the contacts in their roster on the server side, since they will already send/receive presence information through the gateway.
